Restored my faith in agencies ….

We have all previously used agencies to only be let down by operators either not turning up or when they do not having the required skill set for the task.  We were approached by Mark and his team at Custodian People over a year ago and all that Mark asked was for us to ‘Give him the chance to prove themselves”, which we did.  

From the very first time that Mark provided us with an operator the experience was totally different from any previous experience that we have had using agencies.  Mark and his team took a real interest in understanding the actual task at hand and to ensure that through their understanding of the job that they could provide us not only with an operator but one that had the right skillset to carry out the job.  Throughout the hire Mark and his team would call us weekly for an update and feedback on the operator and throughout the entire hire we felt that Custodian People genuinely cared about us as a customer and the importance of the work that we were undertaking for our customer. 

Since that first hire from Custodian People we have used them on several occasions and they have never let us down on either the operator’s attendance and punctuality or the quality of the operator’s ability and skillset.  Custodian People are now an approved supplier to us and they are the only agency that we would consider using going forward.  

I personally and us as a company would have no issues whatsoever recommending Custodian People as we truly believe that their attention to detail and the level of understanding and care that they give to their customers is rarely seen within the industry and in our experience is second to none.
